Cabinet Job Pack

1. Offline operation

Cabinet Job Pack performs cabinet calculations, suggested cut layouts, local project storage, and file generation entirely on the user's device. It does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking, or a network service operated by YunFan Labs.

YunFan Labs does not receive customer, project, pricing, cabinet, or workshop information from the app.

2. Information stored on the device

The app stores information that the user enters or generates, which may include:

• project, quote, and workshop details
• customer names, contact details, and project addresses
• cabinet dimensions, construction parameters, materials, hardware, and notes
• material prices, labor costs, markup, discounts, tax, and other pricing data
• project revisions, calculation results, and export history

3. Exports, backups, sharing, and printing

The user may choose to create PDF, CSV, label, or project-backup files and send them through Apple-provided interfaces such as the Share Sheet, Files, AirDrop, or printing. The app does not send these files automatically. Once a user sends or saves a file outside the app, Apple services, storage providers, printers, or recipient apps selected by the user may handle it under their own policies.

Users should check that a customer quotation, rather than an internal workshop package, is selected before sharing material externally.

4. Permissions

The current version does not request access to the camera, photo library, contacts, location, microphone, or Bluetooth. Access to user-selected files is limited to actions initiated through system file import or export interfaces.

5. Retention and deletion

Projects remain in the app's local container until the user deletes them or uninstalls the app. Project deletion requires confirmation. Files previously exported to Files, another app, a printer, or another device are separate copies and must be managed at their destination.

6. Third-party services and tracking

The current version includes no third-party SDK, advertising network, analytics service, cloud processing service, or cross-app tracking. App Store purchase and download processing is provided by Apple outside the app and is subject to Apple's privacy practices.

7. Children

The app is a professional workshop utility and is not directed to children. YunFan Labs does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.

8. Security and user responsibility

The app relies on standard iOS application-container protections. Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and for choosing appropriate destinations and recipients for exports and backups.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's data practices change. The current version will remain available at this privacy-policy URL.
