Cabinet Job Pack Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and license

By downloading or using the app, the user agrees to these terms. YunFan Labs grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices the user owns or controls, subject to applicable Apple terms.

2. Supported purpose and scope

Cabinet Job Pack is an offline estimating and workshop-planning utility for the named Frameless Base Cabinet v1.0 construction rule. It is not a general furniture designer, engineering service, CAD/CNC system, inventory system, or guarantee that a project is suitable for construction. Unsupported cabinet types and construction methods must not be represented as supported inputs.

3. Calculations and suggested layouts

Outputs depend on dimensions, materials, prices, construction parameters, and other information entered or confirmed by the user. Suggested cut layouts are deterministic planning aids; they are not represented as globally optimal. Customer quotations are estimates based on user inputs and are not guaranteed final prices.

Before procurement, cutting, assembly, quotation, or other real-world use, the user must independently verify dimensions, thicknesses, construction method, clearances, grain direction, rotation rules, kerf, trim, edge banding, hardware, quantities, prices, taxes, and the current project revision.

4. Internal and customer documents

The app can create an internal workshop package and a separate customer quotation. The user is responsible for selecting the correct document and recipient. Internal packages may contain costs and other commercially sensitive information and should not be sent to customers unintentionally.

5. Local data and backups

The user is responsible for maintaining appropriate project backups and for protecting customer and commercial information stored on the device or in exported files. Deleting the app may remove its local project data. YunFan Labs cannot restore local data that was not backed up by the user.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” YunFan Labs does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every construction system, or sufficient as the sole basis for procurement, cutting, assembly, or pricing decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YunFan Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including losses arising from incorrect input, use outside the supported construction rule, failure to verify an output, disclosure of an internal document, or loss of an unbacked-up local project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Updates and termination

The app and these terms may be updated. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms. The license ends if the user materially violates these terms.
