By downloading or using StitchMargin, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms. YunFanLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

StitchMargin helps embroidery businesses read supported metadata from Tajima DST files, apply user-configured pricing rules, estimate costs and gross profit, and generate customer quote documents. It is not embroidery design, editing, production-control, accounting, tax, legal, or financial-advice software.

DST files do not reliably contain real thread colors. Color segments and change or stop counts shown by the app are structural indicators that must be confirmed by the user. The simplified preview is for import confirmation and is not a production simulation or quality guarantee.

You are responsible for confirming stitch count, dimensions, colors, placement, materials, machine compatibility, and production requirements before relying on a quote or beginning work.

StitchMargin calculates amounts from the templates, costs, quantities, taxes, discounts, and fees entered by the user. It does not determine a market-correct price, guarantee profit, or confirm legal or tax compliance.

Estimated cost, gross profit, margin, delivery time, and tax values may differ from actual results. Review every calculation and customer document before sending or accepting it.

Generated quotes are drafts based on user-provided information. Whether a quote becomes binding depends on the user's own terms, the customer's acceptance, and applicable law. YunFanLabs is not a party to transactions between users and their customers.

The current version stores its core data locally and has no account or cloud recovery service. You are responsible for exporting or backing up important quotes. Deleting the app or local records may permanently remove app-managed data.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law. You must have the right to process and share the DST files, logos, customer information, and other content you provide.

Features may depend on the iOS version, device capability, storage, permissions, and third-party share destinations. YunFanLabs may update or discontinue features as permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StitchMargin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be error-free or suitable for every business. YunFanLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from misuse, lost data, production decisions, pricing decisions, or unverified quote information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms may be updated with future releases. Your license ends if you materially violate them. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
