Privacy Policy

Trellipix is an offline-first fuse-bead pattern utility published by YunFanLabs.

• The app does not require an account.
• The app contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
• Photos, project files, grids, inventory, and assembly progress are not sent to YunFanLabs servers.
• Image preparation, pattern generation, editing, estimates, project storage, and export generation run on the device.
• The current release has no YunFanLabs cloud processing or project-sync service.

Trellipix may process or store information you select, enter, or create in its local app container. YunFanLabs does not receive this information through the app.

• A local copy of a user-selected image and its image-adjustment settings.
• Project documents, palette snapshots, bead grids, edits, and board layouts.
• Inventory values, bead counts, shortages, pack estimates, and assembly progress.
• App settings, saved-project metadata, export choices, and a local purchase-continuity record.

Trellipix uses Apple's system PhotosPicker and document picker. It receives only the photo or file you explicitly select, does not enumerate your photo library, and does not request broad Photo Library or camera access.

If you select an item stored in iCloud Drive or another File Provider, Apple or that provider may retrieve the chosen item under its own terms and privacy practices. Trellipix receives the selected file through the system interface and copies validated content into app-owned local storage; it does not operate an iCloud or third-party cloud-sync service.

Projects are stored locally. A portable .trellipixarchive backup can contain the selected image and project data. PNG, PDF, CSV, and project-archive exports are created on the device.

When you save to Files or use the iOS share sheet, the selected output is passed to the destination you choose. Copies outside Trellipix are controlled by that destination and may be uploaded or synchronized according to its privacy practices.

Trellipix offers an optional non-consumable Lifetime Unlock. Apple operates the App Store purchase and Restore Purchases flows. The app receives product information and verified transaction or entitlement status needed to unlock features; payment credentials are handled by Apple, not by YunFanLabs through the app.

Trellipix stores an integrity-protected local record for same-install offline continuity. A restore request contacts Apple's StoreKit service and may require an internet connection.

If you choose to email support, your email address, message, and any attachment you deliberately include are handled by the email services involved and may be retained in support records. Support email is initiated outside the app. Do not send private photos, project archives, payment credentials, Apple ID details, or verification codes unless the content is necessary and you intend to share it.

Deleting a project removes the app-managed local project copy. Deleting the app removes its local app container under normal iOS behavior. Trellipix cannot delete copies previously exported to Files, cloud storage, email, or another app. Apple's purchase history is controlled by Apple and may remain available for Restore Purchases.

The current release contains no account, advertising, analytics, or cloud-processing SDK. Apple may process App Store purchases, downloads, crash information, diagnostics, PhotosPicker activity, and system file or sharing operations under Apple's policies. A File Provider or share destination may separately process the content you send to it. YunFanLabs does not control that platform-level or destination-level processing.

Trellipix has no publisher-operated account, advertising profile, or user-content service. YunFanLabs does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.

Trellipix uses standard iOS storage and file-protection mechanisms, validates imported project archives, and limits the files it reads to user-selected items. No storage method is risk-free. Protect your device and share project archives only with destinations you trust.

If a future release materially changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before or with that release.
