Terms of Use

By downloading or using Trellipix, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms. YunFanLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

Trellipix turns a user-selected photo or file, or a blank canvas, into an editable fuse-bead pattern plan. It provides local image adjustment, grid editing, bead counts, inventory and pack estimates, board splitting, assembly tracking, project storage, and PNG, PDF, CSV, or project-archive export.

The built-in Generic Core64 palette and BCG-* identifiers are original, generic app data. They are not manufacturer color systems, product numbers, or compatibility claims. Trellipix is not endorsed by a fuse-bead manufacturer.

Screen, lighting, material batch, printer, and user settings can change perceived color. Bead counts, dimensions, inventory gaps, replenishment values, and recommended pack quantities are estimates. Verify colors, materials, dimensions, board layout, and quantities before purchasing materials or assembling a project.

Trellipix does not provide vendor quotes, place orders, guarantee material availability, or guarantee that a generated pattern will produce a particular physical result.

You are responsible for photos, files, project data, and other content you import, create, export, or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process and share that content. A project archive may include the selected image and project data; share it only with destinations you trust.

Trellipix is free to download. Some advanced inventory, assembly, and export capabilities require the non-consumable Lifetime Unlock. Apple provides the purchase sheet, localized price, billing, refunds, storefront availability, and Restore Purchases service under Apple's terms. Store availability, purchase eligibility, and refund outcomes are not controlled by YunFanLabs.

The app grants paid access only from verified StoreKit entitlement information. Existing projects remain readable when an advanced action is unavailable. Offline continuity is available only after a verified entitlement has been recorded and does not create a separate purchase.

The current release has no Trellipix account, YunFanLabs cloud sync, or publisher-operated recovery service. You are responsible for exporting important projects as .trellipixarchive backups before deleting a project or the app. A Files or cloud-provider destination may require its own connectivity and is governed by that provider. Trellipix cannot recover or delete copies outside the app.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Features may depend on the iOS version, device capability, available storage, a user-selected file or destination, and an eligible verified purchase. YunFanLabs may update or discontinue features as permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trellipix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be error-free or suitable for every project. YunFanLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from misuse, lost projects, unverified estimates, material purchases, assembly decisions, unavailable third-party services, or exported content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms may be updated with future releases. Your license ends if you materially violate them. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
